Eco Friendly Ways to Polish Tarnished Silver

Instead of spending the money on a toxic cleaner to polish your tarnished silver items, look no further than your own kitchen. When sending this lucky customer the Vintage Silver Asymmetrical Necklace, we polished it with none other than mixing baking soda and water to form a paste. We were pleasantly surprised at what a difference it made! The silver necklace was just as clean, if not shinier than if we had used a chemical polish instead. In fact, for the past 3 years KISMET designer, Meriam Ahari, has created all of her own homemade cleaners herself with items already found in her kitchen. You would be surprised to discover that the number one main ingredient in most of these all natural cleaners is vinegar because if its disinfecting quality. Vinegar can kill molds, bacteria, and germs because of its level of acidity. For some recipes on how to make your own eco-friendly all-natural homemade cleaners, see link below. Its safer for your health, easier on your wallet and a really nice thing to do for Mother Nature.
